4x4 Offroad Adventures
Our team will introduce you to your instructor and give you an overview of the local terrain and weather conditions and what the focus of the driving experience will likely be (traction and winch recovery in thick muddy weather, suspension articulation and ground reading in hot, dry weather etc).
Your instructor will take you through the features and capabilities of the 4x4 vehicle you will be driving, before taking you out on a demonstration drive where he will further explain the techniques and technology of off road driving. Once he has completed his demonstration he will take you to a suitable part of our course where you will begin your adventure, tackling the obstacles in your path. If on a shared drive, you will rotate regularly between drivers as new techniques and new areas of the course are demonstrated to you.
Our instructor will take over driving when he deems it necessary either to recover the vehicle or to advance to another section of the course. As always, the reality of off-road driving is that vehicles can get stuck and mechanical problems can occur - we will always endeavour to ensure that delays are kept to a minimum.

Quad Bike Trekking
On arrival you will be greeted by our team and given an overview of the local terrain and weather conditions and what the focus of the quadding experience will likely be (navigating mud in wet conditions, balance and control in dry, sunny conditions etc). You will then be equipped with protective clothing, helmet and gloves.
Your instructor will give you a briefing lasting approximately 20 minutes covering the techniques of quadding and the controls of your quad, in addition to Health & Safety and accident prevention information.
Your instructor will then take you in convoy down to our purpose-built quadding course, where you will tackle each type of obstacle and familiarise yourself with the controls and techniques of quadding, before our instructor takes you out on the course, leading you around some of the incredible terrain and gradually increasing the difficulty of the challenges you will face.

Clay Pigeon Shooting
Following being signed in by our team at reception we will lead you round to the shooting school. Being met by your instructor, you will be briefed on proper handling and use of your equipment and issued with your 4.10, 20 or 12 bore shotgun and ear defenders.
Taking you out to the introductory stand, your instructor will teach you how to stand, hold your gun, aim and fire before letting you tackle some introductory clays. Following successful completion of this initial assessment, you will move onto the main shooting school in your group, where the complexity of the challenge increases with each stand.

Digger Challenge
Following signing in at our reception, you will be taken out to our digger area, where a range of games will be set up for you to experience. Our instructor will brief you on the controls and techniques of digger driving and inform you of the game rules, along with Health & Safety information. Following a demonstration, you will take it in turns to tackle the game, while other participants watch from a marked safety area. The games will be rotated for the duration of the experience.

Blindfold Driving
Our instructor will meet you and brief you on the controls and capabilities of your vehicle, before walking or driving the course and explaining the route you will take and the obstacles you will be tackling. Following this briefing and Health & Safety information, you will take it in turns to tackle the course blindfolded, while your passengers navigate you through the obstacles. The driving will rotate through the duration of the experience. |
