Do you qualify legally to tow a trailer? If you passed your driving test after 1st January 1997, you may need a B+E category on your licence. If you are not covered on your licence, your insurance may be invalid.
Our trailer towing training course covers all aspects of trailer tuition, offering on and off-road towing courses up to DSA test standard. Our team of friendly and professional qualified DSA approved driving instructors with vast experience.
We can train you to become an accomplished driver able to tackle the towing of trailers, box trailers, caravans, horse boxes and boat trailers, in fact almost anything that needs to be towed, both on and off-road. We cover all aspects of law, driver awareness, preparing the trailer and on the road driving. Our courses cover braking, lighting, reversing, speed limits, loading and weights. At Yorkshire 4x4, we use Land Rover TD5 Defenders and Land Rover Freelanders, or if you prefer, you can use your own vehicle.
